Digital Communications Officer Sir David Martin Foundation For over 35 years, Sir David Martin Foundation has supported young Australians to overcome addiction and rebuild their futures – raising more than $80 million to fund youth-specific treatment programs and ensure young people in crisis can access the specialist help they deserve. We are now seeking a Digital Communications Officer to lead digital execution across the Foundation’s channels, bringing our brand, stories and impact to life. In this pivotal role, you will: Communications & Brand Deliver the communications strategy and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Create high‑quality content including stories, case studies and key messaging Digital Strategy & Execution Grow engagement through digital strategy, optimisation and KPI reporting Manage website updates, SEO and Raisely pages for campaigns and supporter journeys Stay current with emerging digital tools and best practice Social Media & Content Lead social media strategy and execution (organic paid) and manage the content calendar Produce compelling content and digital assets- graphics, videos, emails and social content Oversee video production and manage community engagement Fundraising Integration Deliver digital components of appeals, acquisition and lead‑generation campaigns Update supporter journeys and support major donor communications Stakeholder Engagement Develop authentic, youth‑centred case studies Manage external suppliers and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated projects About you You’re a creative digital communications professional who thrives on bringing stories to life through content, strategy and smart execution. You combine technical capability with a passion for social impact and a commitment to ethical storytelling. Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital communications with strong strategic and content skills Hands‑on digital expertise including website management, SEO/SEM, social media and EDMs Skilled at producing high‑quality digital assets (Canva/Adobe) Data-driven, with strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously in a small team Passion for ethical, person‑centred storytelling and social impact Desirable: non-profit experience, understanding of youth AOD or health sectors, WordPress customisation experience.
