We are growing, and with that growth we have an Executive Assistant position to the CEO in our Sydney Office About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, trusted Executive Assistant role supporting the leader of a fast-growing, private-equity-owned technology business through both BAU delivery and significant transformation. Acting as a true right-hand partner, you will bring structure, discipline and clarity to a highly changeable environment, enabling the CEO to stay focused on the most value-creating priorities. This role suits an experienced EA who is commercially astute, level-headed and highly organised, with a proven background supporting senior executives in complex, high-pressure environments. You will be calm under pressure, confident in your judgement, and comfortable operating with discretion, ambiguity and pace, bringing strong process, rhythm and follow-through to the CEO’s office while navigating competing priorities across executives, Board and investors Role Responsibilities Identify and implement process and workflow improvements to increase effectiveness and reduce friction within the CEO’s office Manage CEO communications where appropriate, exercising sound judgement and discretion Own and optimise the CEO’s diary to ensure focus on the highest-value strategic, operational and stakeholder activities Support preparation for Board and investor meetings, ensuring high-quality, timely materials and seamless logistics Coordinate effectively across the Executive Leadership Team, Board, private equity stakeholders and external advisors Support the CEO through periods of transformation, balancing BAU delivery with change initiatives Track and drive delivery of executive, Board and stakeholder actions to agreed timelines Prepare the CEO for meetings with clear agendas, concise briefings and structured follow-ups Establish and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm, including meeting cadence, planning cycles and action tracking Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and managing priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Skills and Experience Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a complex, fast-moving organisation Advanced capability across Microsoft Office and executive support systems, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO appropriately Confident stakeholder management skills across senior executives, advisors and external partners Experience supporting Board and investor engagement, including preparation of materials and follow-ups High degree of judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive matters Calm, level-headed and resilient, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with a disciplined, structured approach to work Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand business priorities and executive decision-making Experience working in private-equity-owned, high-growth or transformation-led environments About you!
