About the role: Whilst working in the City of Busselton, the South-West Design Review Panel (SWDRP) is a unique collaborative initiative between the region’s Local Governments. Each month, the panel brings together design experts to help shape the future of development across the beautiful south-west region, and that’s where YOU come in! We’re seeking an energetic, detail-loving Administration Officer to support the ongoing operation of the SWDRP for all the Local Government members and ensure everything from communication to coordination of panel meetings happens seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer service and stakeholder support Administration and coordination, including minute taking Meeting management Reporting and documentation General business support What you’ll bring to the role: Previous experience in a similar administration role Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) Strong initiative, research ability and problem-solving skills High-level computer literacy, including accurate minute taking & data entry Impressive organisational and time management skills Ability to interpret geographical information Pre-employment requirements: Current C Class Driver’s Licence. National Police Clearance (less than six months old). Proof of right to work in Australia.
