Based in our beautiful Brisbane office , you will play a key role in assisting our team members and providing exemplary admin support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing communications effectively, greeting visitors with a warm welcome! Handling data entry and ensuring meticulous organization of records. Supporting our exciting projects by coordinating schedules and logistics. Assisting with invoicing and financial administration, helping keep our finances in check! Requirements WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also has a genuine passion for helping others!
