Permanent Full Time Position ASX listed Company Be part of a team contributing to Australia's New Energy Projects Project Overview We are delivering some of Western Australia's most significant renewable energy infrastructure projects, supporting the transition to a sustainable future. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Training Coordinator. Genus has been awarded a major contract by Western Power for the Clean Energy Link – North Region project. This landmark initiative will deliver new 330kV and 132kV terminal stations within the existing network footprint, significantly increasing transmission capacity. The project also includes line conversions and reinforcement works to improve the flow of renewable energy across the region—supporting Australia’s transition to a cleaner energy future. The Role: The Training Coordinator supports the organisation by managing employee training programs, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role works closely with project managers, construction teams and external training providers to coordinate learning activities and maintain a centralised, reliable training database. Responsibilities: Training Coordination - Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, inductions, and refresher courses. Liaise with internal trainers and external training providers to organise course delivery. Communicate training requirements, schedules, and updates to employees and managers. Track attendance, completion rates, and follow‑up actions for all training activities. Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and onboarding resources. Experience & Qualifications: Cert IV Training and Assessment (preferred) 3 Years Similar Role and industry experience MS Office Suite (Software), Australian Drivers Licence - C Class Why Join the Genus?
