Since launching in 2022 inside Salon Lane studios across five locations in Sydney and Brisbane, we proudly opened our first standalone flagship spa in Melbourne in August 2025. As we continue this exciting expansion phase, we are seeking a polished, professional and commercially minded Spa Manager to lead our luxury space in Armadale on High Street. Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. About the Role As Spa Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the salon, ensuring flawless 5-star service standards, seamless team performance, and exceptional client experiences. You will be the face of the brand — setting the tone, elevating service culture, and driving operational excellence while nurturing and developing your team. Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Maintain a serene, immaculate and premium salon environment. Lead, mentor and support a team of Head Spa Therapists and a Salon Coordinator. Manage rosters and optimise team productivity. Oversee stock control, product ordering and inventory management. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance standards Collaborate with Head Office to execute sales and growth strategies. Drive performance outcomes while maintaining brand integrity. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing leadership or senior reception role within salon, spa, or wellness environments. Proven experience managing team rosters. Proven experience managing and motivating a team. Ability to manage stock take and ordering. Strong operational and organisational skills. Exceptional grooming, presentation and professionalism. Calm, solutions-focused leadership style. High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability. Genuine passion for wellness and premium client care. Experience with Zenoti or Fresha advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets advantageous but not essential. Ready to Redefine Wellness?
