Requirements About the Opportunity We’re seeking an Industrial Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll support major water and wastewater infrastructure projects—including treatment plants, pump stations, and reservoirs—and may also contribute to projects across power & energy, food & beverage, and manufacturing. This role suits someone with a solid electrical background who enjoys solving problems, collaborating closely with others, and helping secure meaningful work for our teams. What You’ll Do As part of our Estimating Team, you will: Prepare detailed, accurate project estimates and tender submissions Assess risks, identify opportunities, and contribute to winning strategies Source, analyse, and manage supplier and subcontractor pricing Develop clear and competitive client submissions Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support business development and help drive new project opportunities About You We’re open to a range of backgrounds — if you bring the right technical foundations and a passion for estimating, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll ideally bring: Electrical trade qualification or an engineering background Experience in estimating, construction, or industrial electrical environments (water industry experience beneficial, not essential) Ability to prepare accurate, high-quality estimates Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and safety considerations Confident communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (training provided where needed) A collaborative mindset, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail · If you don’t tick every box but feel you’d be a great fit — we still encourage you to apply.
