You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our residents enjoy well-maintained buildings, gardens and facilities every day. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of general maintenance across buildings, grounds and assets, including: Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work) Keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best with gardening and grounds maintenance — mowing, hedging, sweeping, hosing and general upkeep Completing planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules Responding to reactive maintenance requests across your designated areas Monitoring maintenance works to ensure regulatory compliance Actively contributing to Work Health & Safety practices What You’ll Bring Current driver's license Trade qualification Computer skills Ability to work under minimum supervision Experience as a Maintenance Person in Retirement Living (preferred) Previous experience in either building, fitter and turner, welder or plumber (desirable)
