Administration officers are critical to our service and work colaboratively across the multi-disciplinary team. Your Opportunity The Administration team work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster with shifts spanning across the hours of 8am to 8pm. This role is crucial in supporting clinical staff in the smooth operations of the service, including: Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate appointments and transport services Answer phones, respond to inquiries and liaise with families Provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team About You Strong communications and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use a range of databases Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centred care Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check (or are willing and eligible to obtain) If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations What will set you apart from the rest?
