As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Project Administrator join our team! About the role As a key member of the project team, you will provide high‑level administrative and documentation support across procurement, finance, reporting, and compliance functions. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting project delivery Your duties and responsibilities will include Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and consumables Maintain SAP entries including purchase orders, goods receipting and journals Support Concur expense management and corporate card recordkeeping Reconcile project financial data with accounts and assist with reporting Maintain systems and procedures to meet contractual requirements Provide administrative support to the site project team and assist with end‑of‑month processes Manage filing systems, archiving, and document control Coordinate travel and organise corporate functions Support payroll administration Participate actively in daily pre-starts and uphold a strong safety culture Your skills and experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple tasks High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills Able to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
