Job description High Reach Forklift Operator - Ongoing Monday to Friday Role We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a well‑established food manufacturing warehouse. This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position with 6am-2pm shifts , offering $34 per hour super . This warehouse operates separately from the production area; however, there is a noticeable aroma of spices onsite. We are looking for someone reliable , committed to consistent full‑time attendance, and who brings a strong attention to detail . What You'll Be Doing This role involves working under limited supervision and includes: High-reach forklift operation - approximately 75% of the role Manual handling of up to 20kg Picking and putting away stock using RF scanners Navigating racking systems up to 6 bays high Working within assigned warehouse sectors Maintaining safety awareness, including areas with AGVs operating Reporting any incidents immediately What We're Looking For To be successful in this position, you will have: A valid LF licence with at least 2 years' high‑reach forklift experience Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy over speed Ability to maintain a steady and consistent work pace Confidence with manual handling and pallet picking (pallets may weigh up to 100kg when stacked ) Reliability and commitment to working 5 days per week What's On Offer Ongoing, stable employment Monday to Friday roster 6am-2pm day shift $34 p/h super Supportive team environment If you meet the above criteria and are looking for consistent ongoing work, apply now .
