Regional Group Australia (RGA) are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher to join our team in a permanent role for our plant located in Deer Park, Victoria. Responsibilities include: Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment Supervision and management of staff Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours. Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
