A reputable commercial landscape and civil contractor are looking for an expericned Estimator to join their team working on projects across Greater Sydney. Key Responsibilities Preparation of detailed and accurate esrtimates for commerical landscape and civil projects Conduct thorough quantity take-offs from tender documents to develop Bills of Quantities using Excel and Cubit, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Prepare and manage trade packages, including soliciting, comparing and analysing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to identitfy the most cost-effective solutuons Develop tender schedules tailored to each project's specifications, including site management plans, traffic management plans and construction methodologies, in collaboration with project teams Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure tenders are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
