Quin Global Pty Ltd, a leading adhesive manufacturer in the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and reliable Storeperson to join our manufacturing facility in Queanbeyan. About the Role The Storeperson is responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching goods to support efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities • Receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring quantities match accompanying documentation and inspecting items for any damage or discrepancies. • Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, vans, and other delivery vehicles. • Utilise warehouse computer systems to record incoming stock, maintain inventory accuracy, and create transfer orders for the offsite warehouse. • Accurately label products with correct storage locations and ensure items are stored in the appropriate areas. • Prepare outgoing orders by packing, weighing, and organising goods for timely dispatch. • Operate specialised equipment, including manual and electronic order-picking machinery. • Use materials-handling such as pallet lifters, trolleys, and hand trucks to move stock throughout the facility. • Participate in routine stocktakes to support accurate inventory management. • Assist with general factory and warehouse duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills & Experience Comfortable using warehouse management systems / basic computer skills. Competent operating pallet jacks, hand trucks and order-picking equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labelling and paperwork. Physically fit and able to lift/move stock safely. Good communication and a team-oriented attitude Follows safety procedures and site rules. Qualifications AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) preferred. 1-2 years of warehouse or stores experience preferred.
