With a primary focus on Groups & Events and overseeing our key accounts, this role is made for someone who loves being out in the market, building partnerships, and converting opportunities into standout results. You’ll manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, sourcing, negotiating, and contracting business that drives revenue and long term value across our accommodation, meeting space and restaurant venues, and take an active role in trade shows and industry events. About You You are a commercially minded and highly organised sales professional, confident in managing your own portfolio with a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship building. With a minimum of five years’ experience in hotel sales, you bring expertise in the Groups & Events segments, an understanding of the Corporate and Wholesale markets, and thrive working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent time management and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of reporting accuracy and CRM discipline, particularly within Delphi. You thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment and take a thoughtful, data-driven approach to decision-making. Previous experience working with hotels or agents in the Sydney market is highly regarded. Hospitality industry experience is essential, and full working rights in Australia are a requirement for this role.
