You’ll support multiple sites, ensuring compliance, mentoring teams, and checking understanding of HSE systems. On larger builds, you’ll work alongside project teams while taking ownership of day-to-day site HSE responsibilities. This is ideal for a confident, established HSE professional who thrives on being visible on site, making practical safety decisions, and supporting teams to achieve high compliance standards. The Company: This privately-owned builder delivers quality projects ranging from $1M - $40M across government, defence, industrial, education, aged care, refurb, and multi-res sectors. Their projects are design-led and architecturally complex, built on decades of industry experience across the East Coast. The team is collaborative and experienced, with strong staff retention and systems that work. You’ll report to the National HSE Manager and Construction Manager, with autonomy to operate across multiple sites.
