WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING (eg mechanical, chemical, biomedical, electrical, computer) OR Physics/Chemistry OR IT/computer science have completed/nearing completion of a Masters of Intellectual Property ; Are currently in a trainee patent role OR an overseas qualified patent attorney nearing qualification in Australia/NZ; have minimum 3 months' experience in patent prosecution, drafting, searching and/or opposition; have strong academic results, outstanding analytical/problem-solving /communication/people skills strong commercial acumen; 100% seriously committed to becoming practising as a fully qualified Australian patent attorney long-term with one of Australia's top patent/TM firms in their Brisbane office.
