WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have 3 years PAE (up to Associate level) experience as a lawyer in corporate/commercial transactions commercial litigation (preferably with some insolvency experience) and can manage your own files; have strong technical legal, research, drafting skills; have outstanding communication client management skills; are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented ; are ambitious, have a high work ethic are teachable hungry to learn grow.
