YOUR ROLE HEADING the legal division, reporting to the CEO LEADING a growing team of lawyers/paralegals, you will love taking full control of managing the property law practice/clients engaging in: Hands-on conveyancing (predominantly) non-conveyancing property work (eg leases) from A to Z; Mentoring Leading a team (over time); Strategic business growth initiatives assisting the CEO. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an admitted solicitor in NSW with an UNRESTRICTED practicing certificate [or eligible to get one very soon]; have 4 years hands-on experience in property law can manage your own residential/commercial property conveyancing files (including off-the-plans) autonomously; have strong technical knowledge of the Conveyancing/Transfer of Land and Duties Acts communication/people skills; love what you do, are highly client results-oriented ; are seeking a hands-on leadership role where you can make a REAL personal IMPACT on the business.
