We’re looking for an experienced Administration and Governance Support Officer to join a dynamic government project in Enoggera, QLD. The role is full-time, temporary contract offering stability until March 2027, and involves handling administrative and governance duties essential for maintaining operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex travel arrangements and movements for a highly mobile team. Ensuring financial compliance and post-travel certification. Maintaining internal reporting systems like PMKeyS and applying policy compliance. Providing advice on administrative processes and stakeholder engagement. Supporting audit readiness and governance activities. Working collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently and improve administrative workflows.
