Donor & Surrogacy Program Coordinator (Administrator) Brisbane CBD QLD 4000 �� Brisbane CBD | Full-Time or Part Time | $60,000-$70,000 Super 12 months fixed contract – view for renewal or permanency An established and highly regarded Brisbane CBD fertility clinic , part of one of Australia’s leading fertility networks, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Donor & Surrogacy Program Coordinator to join their growing ART team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, progressive donor and surrogacy program supporting individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood through de-identified and known egg and embryo donation, as well as surrogacy arrangements. About the Role Due to continued growth within the Donor Program, we are looking for a committed professional with strong administrative capability and exceptional customer service skills. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of donor and surrogacy programs while maintaining full compliance with national and state-based legislation. You will work closely with fertility specialists, counsellors, scientists, and patients in a highly sensitive, patient-focused environment. The role requires outstanding attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Compliance Manage registration, documentation, and compliance for donors and intending parents in accordance with Australian ART regulations Coordinate medical, counselling, and donation appointments Maintain accurate donor and surrogacy records, including family limits, screening, and storage requirements Conduct audits of donor and surrogacy inventory, records, and storage periods Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex matters when required Provide ongoing support and advocacy for donors throughout their program journey Maintain compliance tracking systems and contribute to quality improvement initiatives About You You are an organised and compassionate professional who thrives in a structured environment requiring accuracy and discretion.
