The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead to oversee the deployment of a small Power Apps-based timesheet application integrated with SAP and SuccessFactors . This role will suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and enjoys working with people. You’ll manage requirements, design, build oversight, and rollout activities across ~20 sites — working closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end process flow, from time entry through to payroll. What You Will do Gather, document, and deliver business requirements within budget (Excel-based documentation). Manage the end-to-end process design and ensure data flow between Power Apps, SAP, and SuccessFactors. Oversee vendor build and testing (UAT, defect management, rollout). Coordinate communications and deployment across multiple sites. Support solution design and UX input for the Power Apps interface. What You Will Bring Senior BA, Project Coordinator, or Project Lead experience. Familiar with Power Apps , SAP , and SuccessFactors integration concepts. Understanding of timesheet workflows within manufacturing or job shop environments. Organised, self-driven, and personable — able to manage work independently.
