Lite n’ Easy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital performance, CRM, paid media, and optimisation efforts across one of Australia’s most trusted health and food brands. In this role, you will own the full digital funnel — from bringing new hungry customers in the door to ensuring our loyal regulars keep coming back for more. The Role This is a key leadership position within our Marketing team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and leading a team of 5. You’ll shape the performance of our digital ecosystem and help define the future of Lite n’ Easy’s growth in a fast‑paced, highly competitive category. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid social (Meta, TikTok) and search (Google Ads) campaigns to drive high‑quality traffic and conversions. Lead CRM strategy across email and SMS to increase lifetime value. Monitor daily digital KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV and deliver performance insights to leadership. Brief creative teams on high‑performing digital assets, including food photography and unboxing‑style video content. Own website optimisation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates across landing pages and checkout flows. Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, programmatic, affiliate and retargeting. Oversee analytics, CRO, performance dashboards and reporting frameworks. Work cross‑functionally in agile workstreams across Marketing, Digital & Transformation, Product and CX. Are you ready to be part of something bigger? Strong technical skills with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Ads Manager. A sharp analytical mindset and ability to translate data into weekly performance insights.
