The role: Lead organisational change management for ICT-enabled projects. Drive adoption, minimise resistance and embed sustainable business transformation. Responsibilities: Lead and apply a structured change methodology aligned to the ICT OCM Framework. Develop and execute change strategies, impact assessments and resistance management plans. Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training strategies to support implementation. Coach and support senior leaders to champion change and drive adoption. Integrate change activities into project plans and coordinate readiness, release and implementation activities. Define success metrics, monitor adoption, manage risks and ensure benefits realisation at project close. Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading organisational change for ICT-enabled programs. Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies and frameworks. Demonstrated capability delivering change impact, readiness and stakeholder assessments. Experience developing and executing communications and training plans. Ability to influence, coach and engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
