Job Description Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor operates within the HR department supporting both corporate and onsite business operations. Key responsibilities include: Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and best‑practice people management Managing and supporting employee relations matters, including investigations and performance processes Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding Supporting learning, development, and capability initiatives Assisting with workforce planning and organisational development activities Preparing HR documentation, reports, and maintaining employee records Contributing to culture, wellbeing, and inclusion programs Supporting continuous improvement across HR processes and systems The Successful Applicant You are a confident communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
