Senior Production Estimator - Volume build Your new company Our client is an established builder in the residential construction industry who has created a business model that is highly diverse and strategically positioned to ensure strong future growth and strength. Working across multiple project portfolios from H&L to custom build projects, as a result of their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Estimator to join their team. Your new role Working as part of a talented and experienced workforce with a dedicated estimating department already in place, the role will see the successful candidate being responsible for some of the following: Production estimating functions, including complete take-offs and BOQs, Quotes for projects, Coordinate purchase orders and work with suppliers to ensure materials get to site What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this great opportunity, it is anticipated that you will have proficiencies in Experience in Production Estimating within the building industry, be it either volume or semi-custom built environments Databuild experience preferred but not essential and familiarity with Bluebeam ideal Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to read and understand relevant construction documentation, tenders, colour schedule as well as working drawings Exceptional communication and team-player mindset What you'll get in return In return for your experience and commitment to this role, you will receive a salary package that is commensurate with your experience and inline with market rates.
