Qualified Boilermaker required for a permanent vacancy in Melbourne's Western Suburbs Your new company A longestablished heavy equipment fabrication and repair business in Melbournes west is looking for a qualified Boilermaker to join their team in a permanent, full-time position. Your new role Youll work across marine and heavy equipment fabrication, repairs, and rebuilds, delivering highquality workmanship in a supportive workshop environment. Key duties include; Fabricate, assemble, install & repair metal structures on heavy transport vehicles Interpret drawings, blueprints and technical specifications Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) plus cutting, grinding & metal prep Follow instructions to complete repairs and modifications accurately What you'll need to succeed Trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent) Current driving licence Strong fabrication and welding skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Experience in heavy equipment or structural steel is highly regarded What you'll get in return $45$47 per hour (experience-based) Superannuation Full permanent employment with all leave entitlements Optional overtime, paid at double time Standard hours: 8:00am 4:30pm (Option to start earlier or finish later if youd like additional overtime) Option to make this into an afternoon shift position if desired (10am start and 18% loading provided) Stable, long-term employment Great earning potential with optional overtime Supportive team environment Varied work with quality equipment What you need to do now Please hit apply now, or for a confidential discussion please call Kate Gravina on 0477 957 379 or email your CV to Kate.Gravina@hays.com.au2981330
