To start, you’ll assist your Supervisor at our service in Mosman Park. Once operational, you’ll support the nominated supervisor by implementing effective service programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios, while building positive relationships with the children and their parents. You’ll be great in this role if you… Hold a Cert IV from a recognised institution in OSHC or a degree in Early Childhood Education/Teaching or equivalent Love inspiring and educating primary school age children Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card Can obtain the necessary First Aid certifications Our latest survey results At the Y WA, we thrive on feedback and deeply value the insights that drive positive change.
