Create tailored care plans and rehabilitation programs to support independence and recovery. Conduct functional assessments and prescribe aids or equipment to meet client goals. Assist clients with recovery from injuries, surgery, and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision.
