We’re expanding our team and looking for a Multiskilled Plant Operator to help create a cleaner, more sustainable future for our communities. About the Role Join our team at the Northgate site in our Transfer Station division. This is a hands-on , full-time permanent role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow . On top of that, we’re offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus . Your responsibilities will include: Operating plant equipment, Dozer is essential , and other machinery such as Loader , Excavator , and Forklift would be desirable Supporting daily transfer station operations Performing laboring and clean-up duties Handling and moving waste materials across the facility Loading/unloading waste , stockpiling , and processing materials Screening and sorting waste to ensure correct disposal Inspecting customer loads and managing different waste streams What We Offer: Monday to Friday roster Early starts at 5:00am or 7:00am, with shifts up to 10 hours per day Overtime available – Weekend and public holidays $3,000 sign-on bonus Modern fleet , supportive team , and strong safety culture Career development opportunities and a role with real variety What You’ll Bring: Dozer experience required Loader, Excavator & Forklift tickets are not required but desirable Proficiency as a plant operator; landfill or waste facility experience preferred Waste industry and transfer station experience highly regarded Willingness to work in a hands-on environment Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety What You’ll Need to Apply: A current driver’s license Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) REMONDIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
