Tractor/Machinery Operators (2 Positions) Location: Near Emerald, QLD Start: Immediate Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal (Full Time Hours) Pay: Above Award Wages Super Staff 360 is currently recruiting on behalf of a major agricultural corporate client located near Emerald, QLD. We are seeking two experienced Tractor & Machinery Operators to commence immediately. This is a hands-on role working across broadacre cropping operations, including irrigation and field activities. The successful candidates will be adaptable operators with solid machinery experience and a strong work ethic. The Role • Operate modern tractors and associated implements • Cultivation, planting, spraying and general field preparation • Assist with irrigation operations (centre pivots, pumps, channels and related infrastructure) • Conduct pre-start checks and routine servicing • Maintain machinery to high operational and safety standards • Work as part of a structured, professional farming team About You • Proven experience operating tractors and broadacre farm machinery • Sound mechanical knowledge and ability to complete basic servicing • Experience with irrigation systems highly regarded • Ability to work long hours during peak periods • Current driver’s licence • Experience with GPS, autosteer or precision agriculture systems will be highly regarded.
