The Role: We are seeking a Project Engineer to join Kingsley Enterprises at our Ingleburn office, Sydney. The Project Engineer plays an essential role in coordinating and managing the development of a range of engineering projects. This involves planning, researching, designing, monitoring and maintaining high-quality engineered products from inception through to the release of the new product. The role is pivotal in bringing together all key stakeholders to ensure products are developed and delivered to market in a timely manner ensuring all aspects of design, testing, quality, marketing, packaging and logistics are consistent with the scope and expectations. Interact with customers and suppliers, to ensure high quality and cost-effective products. Continually monitor project progress, and improvements and report back to management. Oversee component testing programs. Provide technical benefits on product features for release documentation, troubleshooting guides and training staff on new or existing products. Some physical manual handling is required. About you: Ideally tertiary qualified in Mechanical Engineering Experience within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment. Competency with SolidWorks, SolidWorks Visualize or similar rendering and CAD software would be highly beneficial. Competent in product design and product life cycle, including project management skills, mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities. Experience in liaising with customers and knowledge of commercial issues for change process management. High level of organisational skills & negotiation skills including overseas suppliers.
