About this role Family Support Consultant We have an opportunity available for a Family Support Consultant to join our support office team in St. Leonards, Sydney. It is an exciting time to join our thriving Family support function as we grow the team. You will work alongside dedicated and friendly colleagues and have a supportive manager to guide you in this role. The position is full time permanent position, with opportunities to extend your career with Only About Children. Hybrid Working Model - 3 days in the office and 2 days working for home. What you'll do: The purpose of the Family Support Consultant is responsible for delivering a centralised support function for families and campus directors regarding a child's enrolment. The Family Support Consultants are there to ensure customers are placed at the centre of the business, through servicing our families in a timely and knowledgeable way via general enrolment related queries once families commence in our care until they leave us Provide excellent customer service to all families through the enrolment and onboarding process through to ending enrolment Work efficiently and accurately on assigned tickets, calls and tasks to meet Service Level Agreements depending on the priority of the query Respond to any family feedback regarding their enrolments experience, liaising with the Enrolments team or Family Support as needed. Participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays for campuses Qualifications & Experience At least 2 years working in a customer service role. 2 years working in an administrative role. Proven experience delivering high quality customer service and support. Prior experience leveraging internal systems (ie databases, CRMs, phone systems) · Previous experience working in high volume and/or high performing environments/teams. Why Only About Children?
