Multiple permanent roles available Great Team Culture Regular OT available Our Client is a successful Australian Owned and Operated market leader in the Manufacturing of paper packaging goods and they are currently looking for experienced Customer Service officers to join their dedicated team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, these roles will see you handle Customer orders from placement to being shipped to site and everything in between. They are seeking positive Customer Service people who are happy to ensure that their clients requirements are meet within a timely manner. About the roles: Provide excellent Customer Service to new and existing clients Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback Take accountability for effective communication with both internal and external clients Promote a pro-active customer-focused team environment To be successful in these roles: Demonstrated experience in Customer Service or operations environment Previous experience in a similar face paced environment and able to multi task is a must Able to professionally liaise with Customers Quoting jobs General office duties as required Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing Environment What is being offered Full time work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 38 hours per week Competitive Salary $65,000 per annum Long term stable employment within a growing organisation If you feel that you have the skills and experience to work with my client, please hit the "Apply now" button.
