Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and drive the performance of staff and processes, striving for continuous improvement and productivity. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and SCT's and Asahi policies, fostering a safe work environment for all team members. Team Development: Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture that supports innovation, accountability, and operational excellence. Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong, lasting relationships with Asahi, ensuring their satisfaction and success while actively managing any issues that arise. Budget & Profitability Management: Oversee financial management, including cost control and budgeting, ensuring the distribution centre operates within budget and drives profitability. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements, technology integrations, and best practices to increase efficiency and streamline operations. Key Requirements: Proven experience (5 years) in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse management role, with strong leadership capabilities. Relevant Training to a minimum of Cert IV level Demonstrated success in managing large teams, developing strategies, and driving performance. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations within warehousing and logistics. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver profit-focused results. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Passionate about team development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving company values. Experience working with major accounts or suppliers (ideally in the beverage sector) would be highly advantageous.
