About AVIVO We work alongside people and families who need personalized support due to disability, ageing, or mental health experiences. Our work is entirely community‑based, which means support happens in people’s homes and out in the community rather than in a centre or facility. This is meaningful work where skills, reliability, and genuine compassion make a real difference. We have a variety of shifts available for coverage. This includes day & evening shifts through the working week, and some weekend coverage. What You’ll Do: Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming) Domestic assistance (housekeeping, meal prep, shopping) Social support including assistance with trips in and around the community Support customers with complex care needs Regular communication and engagement with your local team You'll need: A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (essential) Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one Qualification in Aged Care or Community Services (desirable) Ability to facilitate people to develop and sustain their own social connections and relationships Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualised support Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
