You’ll work closely with Owners/Directors, backed by capable delivery teams, and focus on building sustainable, relationship-led revenue. About the role: Drive new business across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, make-goods and associated services. Manage your own pipeline, build trusted industry relationships and convert opportunities from first contact through to handover. Key responsibilities Generate new opportunities across commercial fit-outs and construction services Build relationships with architects, designers, PMs, agents and building managers Lead outbound activity, networking and referral generation Contribute to tenders, proposals and client presentations Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility Skills & experience Proven Business Development experience in commercial fit-outs (essential) Background in construction, property or building services Experience managing tenders and longer sales cycles Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute, self-driven and highly organised Benefits & perks $125,000–$135,000 base salary Attractive commission structure with OTE circa $175,000 Monday to Friday working week Autonomy with leadership backing Long-term career growth within a growing group About the company: This established multi-brand group delivers commercial fit-outs and building services across a diverse client base.
