About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our company and oversee the planning and execution of all administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing office resources, implementing administrative systems, and providing high-level support to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and review all administrative procedures, establishing and optimising office systems and work priorities to ensure seamless daily operations. Develop and manage the office budget, oversee procurement of supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of project expenses and accounts. Direct the allocation of office resources, including human resources, space, and infrastructure, to meet organisational goals. Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of administrative staff. Ensure the workplace is compliant with Australian WHS legislation, enforcing all safety protocols and corporate policies to mitigate operational risk. Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing reports, coordinating major meetings, and managing executive schedules. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues and maintain key business relationships. Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of office facilities and equipment, ensuring a productive and safe working environment. Requirements A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in a senior office management or executive administrative capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proven ability to develop and implement administrative workflows and process improvements. Strong background in managing office budgets, and coordinating staff, workspace, and physical assets. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a proven capacity for problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
