Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain the Trustee Investment Governance Framework (IGF) for all RSEs. Monitor adherence to policies, frameworks, and legislative compliance across the investment lifecycle. Assist in annual reviews of investment strategies, including stress testing under SPS 530. Provide expert support and strategic advice on investment issues to trustee teams and clients. Lead the investment approval process, ensuring consistent standards are applied to all decisions. Liaise with asset consultants and investment managers to ensure compliance and high standards in reporting and oversight. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, with a focus on investment monitoring and governance. Proven experience establishing and maintaining trustee investment frameworks (IGF). Strong report-writing skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable advice. Demonstrable knowledge of APRA’s SPS 530 standards and legislative requirements.
