Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturing business who are seeking a Payroll & Accounts person to support the broader finance function. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll using UKG , alongside key accounts duties including AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting support. What's in it for you? $80,000 - $100,000 Super Opportunity to genuinely add value and improve processes Opportunity to own payroll and support the broader accounts team Well structure finance and leadership team Australian owned family business What you’ll do: End to End payroll processing using UKG Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant awards, legislation and superannuation Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare and lodge payroll related reports, including STP, superannuation and payroll tax Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required What we’re looking for: Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing Hands-on experience with UKG Reddy Experience supporting accounts functions (AP/AR) Confident communicator who can liaise across the business Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, EBAs, PAYG, superannuation and Payroll tax.
