Head of Manufacturing / Plant Manager Western Sydney | $200–220k Super 40% Bonus | On-site We’re partnering with the ANZ division of a global manufacturing group to appoint a Head of Manufacturing for a flagship Western Sydney site. This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a key manufacturing business at an important stage in its evolution. The organisation is going through a period of change and performance uplift, with a strong mandate to strengthen Lean capability, operational delivery and site leadership. This is a true site leadership role where you will have influence across operations, people and performance in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Role You will have end-to-end accountability for manufacturing and site operations, including production performance, cost, quality and delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities include: WHS leadership across the site Maintenance and facilities oversight Continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Development and capability building across the operations leadership team Driving operational standards in a visible, floor-based leadership style The role requires a practical, people-focused leader who is comfortable driving change while maintaining strong operational performance.
