The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Conveyancing Specialist to join our Contract Services Conveyancing team within Group Legal & Risk. In this role, you’ll manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner to meet sales and settlement targets, while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external customers. What You’ll Do Manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner. Prepare and administer contracts and related documents, including variations, extensions, cancellations, and terminations. Review and approve terms, manage dates, conditions, obligations, rights, and disclosures. Coordinate Stockland’s contract execution process for smooth and timely completion. Distribute and store documents in line with correct processes. Create settlement statements and PEXA workspaces to facilitate settlement within required timelines. Manage deposits, adjustments, tax, duties, payments, and reconciliations across systems for accurate settlement. Review and sign transfer documents in PEXA. Support ongoing contract management, including obligations and notifications for leases, display villages, and deeds of on-sale. Lodge plans or documents for registrations under supervision, ensuring compliance with timelines and obligations. Retrieve and compile contract data for reporting purposes. Maintain proficiency in PEXA and other systems through regular training. Comply with all policies and procedures, including trust accounting and escalation protocols. About You Experience & Skills That Count Licensed Conveyancer or Lawyer (preferred). Strong knowledge of real estate development (required). Proficient in PEXA (required).
