Based in Sydney, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Development to deliver high quality reporting, budgeting and forecasting that informs key decisions and drives performance. We're Looking For A Senior Finance Manager, Planning, Reporting and Analysis who can lead a small team and act as a trusted partner to the Development Finance team. You enjoy working with complex data, turning numbers into clear commercial insights, and shaping how financial information is used to tell the performance story and support strategic decisions. What You’ll Do • Lead the delivery of Development Business Unit reporting and performance analysis, ensuring accurate, timely and meaningful information is provided to stakeholders • Manage the preparation and review of management reports for the Development Business Unit, including analysis against budgets, plans and forecasts, and present clear recommendations for performance improvement • Drive the preparation of Development Business Unit plans, budgets and forecasts, including supporting materials and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board with clear insights and commentary • Support the Development business with operational planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of performance, working closely with colleagues across Reporting and Analysis, Commercial Finance and other finance teams • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems and data, enhancing management reporting capability and driving efficiencies in how reports are produced and used About You You are passionate about using financial insight to influence strategy and performance, and you thrive in a role where you can partner closely with the business.
