We are currently seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of mechanical systems for solar installations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze production processes and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement process optimization strategies Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity Design efficient layouts for facilities, equipment, and materials flow Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor performance metrics and prepare analytical reports Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Collaborate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and safety teams Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or safety Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or higher qualification in Industrial Engineering or related field Demonstrated experience (2 years) in mechanical engineering technical support, ideally in the renewable energy or solar industry. Knowledge of solar farm systems, including mechanical components Strong knowledge of mechanical principles Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Desirable Attributes: Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies. Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols.
