Location: Sydney CBD About the Role We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our Sydney team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and supporting revenue growth across MUFG’s client portfolio. As a CRM, you will work closely with clients to understand, anticipate, and respond to their needs. You will build strong relationships, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams, including Client Relationship Assistants and other divisions, to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Focus Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Manage client expectations and contribute to client retention Identify and support opportunities for growth, including cross-selling initiatives Ensure registry tasks and client deliverables meet expected outcomes Operational Management Follow operational controls to manage business risk Resolve client queries and issues within agreed service levels Oversee client reporting, project management, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) Support timely invoicing and recovery of client disbursements People Leadership Work closely with Client Relationship Assistants to deliver excellent client service Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure successful delivery of client projects Governance & Risk Ensure client activities comply with regulatory requirements and contractual terms Build long-term, value-driven relationships with clients Maintain commercial terms that reflect the risks and costs of supporting clients About You You are a professional with experience in client services, account management or relationship management. You are confident, organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring: Experience in managing and supporting client relationships with a background in the financial services industry Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly regarded: Experience in share registry, employee share plans, or investor relations What’s it like to work here?
