Opportunity for career progression About The Role As a Personal Injuries Paralegal you will run Workcover, PIPA, CTP and TPD/superannuation files from start to finish. Duties will include speaking with clients, drafting and amending legal documents, preparing briefs, organising medico legals, liaising with third parties, Government agencies, Barristers, and medical experts, preparing for mediation, etc. Your experience To be successful in this role you will have prior experience running a personal injury file.
