We are expanding our operations and now managing three warehouse facilities. To support this growth, we are seeking a tech-savvy ICT Business Analyst to oversee all information technology functions across our multi-site business, ensuring our digital infrastructure is as seamless as our supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Elicit and document business and functional requirements for a custom ERP and warehouse management system supporting Thai food distribution operations. Analyse AS-IS manual workflows and identify process improvement opportunities across inventory, sales orders, and finance functions. Produce functional specifications, process flows, and data models to guide system development using PostgreSQL. Facilitate stakeholder discussions with warehouse staff, management, and accounts to validate business needs and refine system features. Perform gap analysis between legacy MYOB processes and the new integrated ERP solution. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment using Docker and AWS (ECR, App Runner, RDS). Implement AI-assisted automation to improve business efficiency, reporting accuracy and reduce manual data handling. Improve inventory visibility and operational efficiency across warehouse activities. Skills, Licencing & Experience: To succeed in this role, you must have: Minimum 1 year of experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a Thai grocery, food distribution, or warehouse environment. Bachelor’s degree or higher-level qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience). High proficiency in using Information Technology software such as PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS (ECR, App Runner, RDS), ERP Solutions and AI models. Fluent Thai speaker – essential for effective communication with Thai customers, team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in English speaking, reading, writing, and listening. Excellent organisational, leadership, multitasking, and communication skills. Familiarity with Thai food import or distribution sector is highly regarded. High level of honesty, integrity, reliability, and confidentiality. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
