What You'll Do Lead and grow the Electrical discipline across multidisciplinary building services projects. Deliver complex projects end-to-end, including design leadership, coordination, governance, risk management and quality assurance. Drive and expand client relationships, actively contributing to business development, proposals, bids and strategic pursuits. Mentor, coach and support a talented team of engineers and designers. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction, standards and culture of the NT Building Services business. What You'll Bring 15 years' experience in electrical engineering within a building services consultancy. Already operating at Senior or Principal level, with clear readiness and ambition to step into Associate Director. Strong business development capability - winning work, nurturing clients and contributing to growth. Proven experience delivering complex building services projects within multidisciplinary environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and leadership skills.
