With a Certificate IV in Business Studies (or equivalent experience) and proven general office skills, you thrive in dynamic environments and consistently contribute to smooth daily operations. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders to foster positive outcomes. Your strong interpersonal abilities are matched by your capacity to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, using sound judgement, discretion, and initiative. You are experienced in database maintenance and administration, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up. Your commitment to exceptional customer service is evident in your responsive handling of enquiries and your focus on meeting the needs of clients, team members, and external partners. A collaborative team player, you contribute to a supportive and solution-focused work culture, valuing flexibility and adaptability in a changing workplace. You are reliable and compliant with required checks and licences, including a current Working with Children Check, satisfactory National Police Clearance, a valid WA driver’s licence, and full eligibility to work in Australia.
