The Position Reporting to the Director of Brand and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end digital role suited to a proactive self‑starter who enjoys operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and staying ahead of emerging digital and social media trends. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, plans and campaigns aligned to organisational objectives; • Create artwork and digital assets for use across web and social platforms. • Plan and execute web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns; • Manage all social media channels, including content planning, scheduling and community engagement; • Maintain website content and optimise user experience across digital touchpoints AND • Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. About You • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related discipline; • Experience in funds management is highly regarded, though strong candidates from wider financial services backgrounds are encouraged to apply; • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including social media strategy, content development, landing page optimisation, user funnel management and campaign analytics; • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, marketing automation and paid social; • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce engaging, on‑brand digital content AND • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leaders.
